The 2020 Swamp Pop Music Festival & Jambalaya Cookoff has officially been cancelled due to the phase restrictions in place involving COVID-19.
Our hope was that the move to Phase 3 would have given us the opportunity to return to doing live music events, but those restrictions were not lifted, so at this time we must cancel our 2020 Swamp Pop Festival and focus our efforts on giving our listeners an even bigger & better Swamp Pop Festival on June 26th of 2021.
Our thanks to our Swamp Pop Festival partners, Our Lady of the Lake Ascension, Darren James and Associates brokered by EXP Realty, Mike Ward’s Liberty Safes, The US Army, Ascension Festival & Cultural Council, and the Louisiana Lottery.
We appreciate your patience during the past several months as we tried several different ways to keep the festival on, while also keeping our listeners safe and protected. We are currently working with our friends at the Jambalaya Festival Association on plans to get you some incredible Jambalaya, win some cool prizes and help our neighbors in Lake Charles and we hope to have details on that very soon.
Full refunds for the Swamp Pop Music Festival will be given to those who have already purchased tickets.
